Today we’re very excited to announce the pre-release tournament for the first game from Paima Studios: Jungle Wars: NFT Rumble. This maiden tournament will be exclusively for the Paima Studios OGs, and it will be the first time any members of the public have played Jungle Wars on the Milkomeda C1 mainnet!

Jungle Wars is Paima Studios’ upcoming casual web3 blockchain game which lives on-chain. It highlights the potential of a new model of decentralized blockchain gaming that is on the horizon which is only possible thanks to Paima Engine.

We will explore the specifics of Jungle Wars’ implementation and why it matters for blockchain gaming in a future post, however, today we will focus on laying out the backstory of a desperate struggle in the Jungle which evolves into a cascading conflict (potentially spanning across games) for which technology is a core stepping stone on the path to victory.
